“I ordered my table at the end of September and shipped date changed 3 times , I haven’t open the box in which it was delivered. The communication was horrendous I sent emails asking about table it took you for ever to respond.”

“Purchased the teak glider the instructions are terrible the part numbers on the furniture pieces do not match the instructions. I have emailed and called them over 8 times and two full weeks later no assistance and an un assembled expensive piece of furniture”

“Fast delivery! Well packaged. Heavy duty grate is well made, no sharp edges. I used the grate for a bubbling water feature as I needed something to support the large stones to hide the pump and water.”
