“Seriously robust and well-made. The shipping box arrived beat up and nearly falling apart with very little internal protection, yet the product arrived in perfect condition. This compared to a well-known competitor product that arrived in a pristine box, heavily protected by styrofoam, yet the thin metal sides were dented requiring a return and replacement.”

“Major difference in heat coming out of our fireplace- heated the house to 74 degrees while the thermostat was set to 68! I bought the backplate grate combo hoping it would help some, but it made a significant difference!!”

“I love my Grate with the Fireback. Unfortunately, it turned out to be too big for my fireplace. The fireback is the perfect size but the grate blocks the front of the fireplace to where you can't put wood in it and that's unfortunate. Wish I had known all of this (as in dimensions) before ordering it. Still, it's a beautiful, if useless, grate and I am using the fireback and had to order a smaller grate :/ I was so excited about it before it came. I am super sad. Still giving you 5 stars because it's an awesome idea.”
