“Very pleased with this grate and fireback. It is on the heavy side which is fine, please have a helper to move/carry the grate. It could use a higher clearence though. I have an outdoor fireplace with a gas starter. Had to add 1.5" standalone firebricks to elevate the grate above the starter. Overall, very nice product!”

“I ordered something different from Ash&Ember this time (firearm targets a d a stand) not knowing what to expect in terms of delivery times. A&E didn't disappoint and they arrived quickly along with the planter boxes I ordered. Never disappoint.”

“Amazing service, super fast shipping. This grill is awesome and half the price of other ones like it. It’s very heavy so make sure to have someone help you place it into your fireplace”

“I ordered the 36" hemisphere fire pit for my husband as a 6th anniversary gift (iron anniversary). The first fire pit was beautiful but damaged upon delivery - thank goodness I purchased shipping protection through Route! Route responded to my claim quickly and sent a new fire pit at no additional cost. The second package arrived with beaten up cardboard but thankfully the fire pit was intact. It arrived as described on the website. It's a beautiful addition to our patio/back yard.”
