“The wallet I bought is a beautiful piece of work. Only nit I have is that the pockets inside are about 1/8" too narrow. It's difficult to get the cards in and out.”

“I purchased a wallet in Reverse Black Cordovan. It arrived beautifully packaged, with a wonderful "new leather" smell. The wallet it beautifully made--slightly larger and more rugged than then Allen Edmonds cordovan wallet it replaced. The only drawback is the colour. I realize that shell varies in colour, but all the pictures of Reverse Black show it as a distinctively green colour, with clear Horween stamping--the colour I was after. My wallet was black, with only a slight green tinge--this made the Horween stamp rather hard to see. Bottom line: The Reverse Black items might not be the beautiful green you see online!”

“I was in the market for a new belt to better match the boots in my wardrobe. I heard about Ashland in passing, so I decided to check out what was on offer. I decided to go with the the belt in Natural CXL to match with my OSB Trench Boot, but they ended up matching my CRT Iron Rangers better, which I'll get into here in a sec. The quality and craftsmanship is superb. The thickness, width, and the unique teardrop shaped buckle holes work together to make an excellent belt. I've been wearing it for a couple of days now, and I've been thoroughly enjoying wearing the belt. However, the color is different from what I was expecting based on the pictures from the listing. I was expecting more of the lighter brown to tan color in the photo, instead the belt I received is a bit more orange to brown in color. This could just be my misunderstanding of how the color of Natural CXL varies based on the hide. Aside from that, overall I'm satisfied with my purchase, and I plan on buying another belt from Ashland again in the near future.”

“I bought this as a birthday gift to myself thinking because it is described as a "mimalist" style wallet, it would have a slim/thin profile but that isn't the case. The profile of the wallet is much larger and bulkier than I expected. The blue color is cool, but the wallet is much thicker than I expected and I wouldn't consider it a replacement for a low profile/slim wallet.”

“The playing cards case was just a little disappointing, at least compared to all of the wallets I’ve previously purchased from Ashland. For one, the leather was surprisingly thin. Although perhaps unavoidable, there were also small marks in the leather surrounding the snap. However, none of these deficiencies were significant enough to make me send it back or to preclude my ordering from Ashland again.”
