“I have purchased several wallets from Ashland Leather and have been very happy with all of them. They have some great designs and the craftsmanship is outstanding. What I mean is that the Horween leather is the best in the business and the stitchwork is great. No crooked stitches, no issues with the leather, everything is the way you would expect it to be. I've purchased a couple of items that were discounted because they were supposed to have a small irregularity. In this case, one can see photos of the exact item they are purchasing and I couldn't see any problems. When I received the items, the same was true in person. I still don't know why the items were discounted. So, I would highly recommend reviewing the photos of "irregular" items. You will probably find something that you like and save a little at the same time. When I order from Ashland, I have no concern over the quality of the item that I will receive. If it's not perfect, they don't send it out! That's the way it's supposed to be.”

“Phil, I have been browsing and dreaming of purchasing a Tony The Ant in Shell Cordovan Color #8 for almost 5 years. My middle school threw high school sweetheart and I reconnected after nearly 20 years and she convinced me to treat myself to the wallet. If I needed an excuse I turned 40 in January and its a perfect year to carry a new wallet that I’ll have forever. 5 years I’ve been waiting and I was taken back at how much I’ve truly enjoyed this from the moment I opened the box. It’s a sentimental piece for me. I am in Austin, Texas thriving in the culinary world, hosting a successful podcast called Austin All Day. I am very happy with where I am at 40 but I grew up in the Chicagoland area and I am very proud of that. Every time I open this wonderfully crafted wallet I get a little reminder of my stomping grounds. I want to thank you for doing what you do. Kudos!”

“The wallet is awesome. The smell alone after opening the packaging was amazing. I can’t wait to see it wear in and have the patina develop, although the initial color is incredible. The minor scratches that have developed from being in my pocket reveal a deep purple which is great, and makes me worry less about getting it a little roughed up.”
