“Easy site to use. Wasn’t able to find where to approve my original order in my email, only took me to the quote where I wasn’t able to do anything on my phone. would have been quicker if there was a prompt when I went to purchase to register an account to proceed.. Unless I just missed something.”

“Kickass products are the best and the best prices. Not lacking quality for bargain price. Generally receiving of items, you receive in a timely manner. Except one Item, which I would of not of minded waiting for, if they told me the truth in the beginning. On purchase the gentleman on the phone advised they had them in stock. After a week of not being notified it has been posted, When I phoned I was advised they were waiting on shipments to arrive, which they expected that afternoon and the Gentleman advised it would be mailed that afternoon or the next day. I did not receive notification it had been mailed as promised so another 2 days I called and they advised it was leaving the warehouse that afternoon, it left the warehouse the following workday. The only reason this has not stopped me from shopping with you again as it is the first time it has happened and you sell quality product. But please in the future it best to be honest with the customer.”

“Brought a 12V 20 Amp charger. Brilliant unit. Charges nice and quickly. I also have a KickAss battery box, but found that when charging via the Anderson plug the charger heats up so much that it's to hot to handle. Charging via the alligator clips wasn't an issue heat wise though!”
