“8B&S 10 Metre Extension Lead With Anderson Style Brought this to fix the low power wiring on my camper trailer. This works a treat! Good quality wire with no voltage drop over long distance. Australian Direct are awesome to deal with & I will buy from again!”

“I have ordered several products from these guys including instant gas hot water system and 12V water pumps. I have now ordered 3 pumps. I did have one pump fail (after around 5 shower uses and was not happy). I spoke a tech at the company who emailed me a test to see if pressure switch failed which it had. I am disappointed that these great pumps have faulty pressure switches. I am hoping that these guys will help me out and not just send me one but maybe a couple of these pressure switches as when one fails and you are out in the bush you can't get another :(”

Hey Troy, thanks for the feedback mate! Unfortunately, the pressure switches are a very delicate and complex device, and such failures occasionally do happen. You're more than welcome to grab a few extra spare switches for peace of mind if you need! Thanks again, take care.

“I have purchased a lot of stuff through you and been very impressed but 12 months ago I purchased a dcdc charger and the last month it has stopped working we are still in the process of working out what is wrong with it and up until this moment every 1 in Technical Support has been great but unfortunately this is out of warranty buy a couple of months I am waiting to see which way you go on this if you Grant the war t i will be very impressed in the whole show but in the end of the day to have one of these DC DC chargers I would expect to get longer than 14 months use out of it still early days”

When an item is out of stock on our website, the "add to cart" button is replaced with a "pre-order" button, and an ETA is shown above the price, indicating that the item is out of stock. “I have purchased a few Australian Direct products now. they are of very good quality and are reasonably priced. However I a little baffled by the huge difference in pricing between the "online" and the eBay Store prices. Also many an online store offer free postage... you do not! Still like you products, just don't get the inconsistencies.”

“Hi In fact I have written a review, I am happy to write another. My original review I made comment on how difficult it is to make contact with the sales department when using a land line. I was more than happy today to receive a return phone call answering my inquiry. Unfortunately what I required at the time of my inquiry is now to late as I have had to purchase what I needed else where. However the sales agent who returned my phone call today was very knowledgeable and regretted not able to help me in the first instance. I required information about a particular component which is not shown anywhere on your website but is advertise in videos. He informed me that the component shown in the video is no longer available but has been replaced with a similar component not listed on the website. It may be just me, I prefer to talk to human in the first instance and not a recorded message. If this would have been the case I am sure I would not have had to go somewhere else to purchase what I required. I do not think I am the only customer who feels this way. I am totally happy with product that I have previously purchased from Australian Direct (Kick Ass)”
