“1 week ago ,Called there warehouse at Kunda Park 5 time's could not get through,went to warehouse could not get in ,ordered online paid $25 to get order delivered from Kunda Park to Maroochy river about 20 km ,order has been in Brisbane 100 km away all weekend and Monday I have still not got my order”

“have had my ensuite for nearly a year has done about ten trips no problems at all.would be perfect if was 200 mm taller .Just purchased another for a mate of mine, loved the way i had set up on my camper, all in all a great product.”

“Dear Aussie direct My recent purchase of a agm battery and box didn’t start well however it ended better than expected. After trying to contact several times by phone I decided to visit there warehouse in kunda Park, QLD Being frustrated before arriving I tried to keep my cool, after ringing the bell and meeting Craig who looks after the warehouse floor he helped cool me down and to cut a long story short left me with high praise for Craig and Aussie direct as a company to deal with. Excellent service and willing to do what it takes to help an ordinary customer like me. Well done Aussie direct 👍👍👍 Kind regards Rob”
