“Good prices, nice shiny website. No idea about products - ordered 2 days ago, still not shipped. Why did they nag for reviews? Was going to wait to see if products are ok first, but they want review. So good prices, genuinely no idea about quality...”

“Tried to purchase 12v water pump, but couldn't change box from 2 to 1. Tried to contact about the issue but couldn't access a email. Then asked to write a review but had to do it through facebook or google post rather than straight forward email; which I hope this is. I place order next day when box read 1. Rest is plain sailing. Thanks Con”

“Portable camping shower. I have been looking at 12v portable camping showers for some time and am glad I discovered and waited for the Kickass one. Initially I thought it was a bit expensive but now that I have it I can confirm it is high quality in every respect. I am very happy with it, absolutely kills the competition.”

“I found Australian Direct very easy to deal with in the fact that the online shop was simple and easy to navigate with plenty of products to choose from. Payment was super simple with many payment options available and once my payment was processed I received a fully detailed receipt of what I had purchased”

“Ordering online was easy and straightforward. I got contacted by their support team to let me know that some of my order wasn't in stock and had 3 options of waiting for full order, sending what they had and when the other parts arrived they would send out or a full refund. The support team were great and this is what l would call proper customer service”

“Products are usually good but the warehouse is really slow , can't say if it's on time as it's been 5 days already and hasn't left the warehouse and I don't know if damaged yet either”
