“Tech support/Service team were extremely helpful when my 110w panel developed a fault. Although a replacement 110w panel wasn't available at the time, they were very easy to deal with and offered a number of suitable alternative options to rectify the issue.”

“I work in Procurement for a large international company. I am constantly on the look out for great value products, no more so than when I purchase items for myself. My wife laughs at me because I never purchase anything without researching and evaluating a host of different criteria. I have bought many items over the years from Australian Direct because their products represent value for money. High quality for a good price, usually with all the features I find important. It is obvious the people at Australian Direct do their research as well. What is satisfying is that every item I've bought is still going strong.”
