Had a windscreen replacement in my new Meriva 2 weeks ago. Had our first substantial rain fall yesterday, and the windscreen leaks like a sieve. Need my trunks to go driving.

After arriving to replace my partners windscreen over a month ago. Which was done ok. The fitter broke the rear view mirror in two. Took full payment and uttered they will be in touch to replace. After numerous phone calls etc we have still heard NOTHING. Utter disgraceful and very poor customer service !!!!!

Shittest company I have ever had to deal with! They have been out 6 times now after incorrectly fitting the new screen or not having correct parts. They turn up today which is now the 6th visit with the wrong coloured screen and saying they now can't fit it because it's raining. It has taken 3 months, yes 3 MONTHS! It is literally beyond belief how useless some of these people are. Absolutely disgusted and will be complaining to insurance aswell and demanding our excess back!!

No stars. As the technician failed to turn up in a four hour window,or to contact me . I had received an Email and two text messages to confirm the appointment, I wasted a whole day and when I phoned I received no apology,and a take it or leave it attitude. Terrible service,if you can call it that. It makes me wonder what the guarantee would be worth.

Wouldnt recomend this company to no one. Windscreen fitted through insurance. Have given card details twice to pay excess and being told i was lieing and making it up trying to get away with paying the first time. Screen was fitted so quickly mountings were not put back in properly. Yes vehicle is a road works vehicle so was dirty at time but to leave grubby tape marks and glove marks. Not acceptable. The way customer service talk about their customers to engineers/ installers without realising the customer is in the back ground is not on either. Very poor run

total of 6 failed appointments and incorrectly fitted screen. Offered a saturday appointment so im not loosing more money and turn up on a friday when im not in!!! Very frustrating company!!

They came to repair the windscreen... saw a leak the next day and loads of moisture collecting in the car. Turns our half of the screen was not glued at all. Thanks

I had a smashed rear window and side window. I was told to take my car to the Romford Branch. I followed the address on my site nav which did not take me to the depot. I telephoned the depot and the gentleman seemed rude and inpatient to give me direction. Once I finally arrived they told me they cannot replace my windscreen. As it was raining I asked for some card board to cover my interior so the rain does not get in but the guy refused and said he need the cardboard dispite having several hundred card board pieces laying around everywhere. I even offered to pay for the cardboard. I will never use this company

Great communication. But damaged the door trim refitting! Rang and not interested! So wouldn't recommend them if that's a customer service!

Both protective plastic wrap and, two days later, windscreen fitted on time. However, tape used to secure wrap took enamel off paint and bodywork (rear spoiler and boot) require respray. Also, when broken windscreen was removed, broken glass was allowed to fall into lock mechanism and the boot no longer opens. I would have expected neither of these issues from a business that claims to have the experience it has.

I had a windscreen fitted, noticed on driving a noise of wind coming in, I complained, a technician was sent who put some glue, this did not have any effect, I complained again, they said someone will come out to replace the windscreen, I was given a date and time but no one showed up.
