“I normally buy at "rip-off" Halfords on the high street, but I'll always buy my bulbs online from now on. Great price and quick delivery with really secure packaging. I'm delighted to have found you!!”

“I don't think I made myself understood clearly enough as I asked for a full set of spare bulbs for my Citroen saxo and made repeatedly clear this is what I required yet was sent a packet of side light bulbs instead ! The fuses of different sizes I asked for arrived ok but the operator I spoke to seemed more interested in the various brightness and colours of the bulbs than the actual content of what was required. I gave the online website ref number for the items I needed but that did'nt seem to get through. Average service .”

Hi Ian I have no idea why you would've been sold a set of sidelights if you requested a spare bulb kit. Please contact our customer service team and we will get this rectified immediately. We are very sorry for this inconvenience. Kind regards Autobulbs Direct Team

“Unfortunately the two types of the LED bulbs I ordered don't fit into the socket, and can't be used. There are issues with both them being longer than standard bulbs or wider at the base than a standard bulb”

I'm sorry you have experienced issues with the LED bulbs. There are some LED products that have different dimensions to standard bulbs due to the technology being used. We do always have ranges of LED bulbs that are the same dimensions or smaller to avoid fitting issues. Please contact us for further information. Kind regards Autobulbs Direct Team

“Excellent speedy service in getting bulbs to me. However, I don't see the requirement to sell motorcycle bulbs in Twin Packs! My bike has driven 23,000 miles since 2004 with the dipped headlight on so probably won't need another one 2014. When I do need another bulb I'll be using Auto Bulbs Direct.”
