“Having received smashed bulbs , swift replacements was organised by James. However the consignment was packed in the same manner as previous ,maybe either the packing or the delivery service could be reviewed the ensure a 5 star service. I would not hesitate to make further purchases from your site .”

“I have ordered from ABD once before, and the service was great. I ordered recently and ordered the wrong bulbs by mistake. ABD allowed me to return the bulbs by freepost, and then promptly sent me replacements. Faultless service!”

“I ordered one ABD's Xenon upgrade kits for my Volvo XC90. The kit worked perfectly and made a big difference to my night visibility. However, I wasnt 100% happy with the colour temperature of the 6000k bulbs, as they were slightly too blue for my liking. Despite leaving it for over 4 months to contact ABD, they happily swapped my bulbs for a replacement set of the whiter 5000k bulbs... all free of charge. Simply excellent service and I will definitely use them again.”

“Had the wrong bulbs delivered but good customer service to rectify this, although I didn't get my extra bulb when the correct bulbs were posted and this was a factor for me ordering with autobulbs in the first place. Overall, happy in the end.”
