“Having received incorrect items , I immediately rang customer services number but there was no reply. As it was Saturday afternoon at 1250 I concluded that the office was closed so emailed my question. I received a partial response on Monday so sought further clarification of returns process and eventually received the information I required on Wednesday. Regrettably I now have insufficient time to obtain correct items from Autobulbs so will need to source locally. Pity as service is normally first class.”

“The part I was looking for was available at a great price. There was an issue with the courier, which Autobulbs Direct dealt with as soon as I brought it to their attention, and I am very satisfied that they went out of their way to solve problems which I don't even think was down to them in the first place. And the part itself is identical to the original on the vehicle. So very happy all round!”

“The order was sent really fast and as expected. Just one point: the postman is not really gentle with the packages and it was in really bad condition when I found it in my mailbox. The cardboard box in which the light bulb was contained was completely destroyed but the bulb was miraculously intact. I guess a plastic blister could be more protective (though more expensive). Regards,”

“My 1 star is due to the fact I got a product that didn't fit. I put in my reg, the correct vehicle spec came up, I picked the first headlight bulb on the list - turned out to be the wrong connection. If you ask for a registration you should only offer a product that fits.”

Hi Andrew I'm very sorry you have the incorrect product. Unfortunately we can only present the data given to us by the manufacturers. If the data is incorrect, we can only update it after the fact. However, because of this, we have a policy of replacing your products for the correct ones at no cost to you. Trust us, we would love it if all data was 100% accurate, but unfortunately that's not the world we live in :-( We continually update our data so it is improving all the time. It's just unfortunate that you encountered one of the few incorrect entries. Please contact our customer service team as they will be able to rectify the situation immediately for you.
