“I was impressed with the service because the website was not behaving itself and I inadvertently over-ordered several-fold but Autobulbs Direct spotted the problem and proactively contacted me to resolve the issue.”

“The bulbs were fine but the tyre pressure gauge/depth tread package was not complete - the depth tread indicator was missing. I think it was packaged up incorrectly. I emailed about this but got no reply. So no, I'm not particularly impressed by the service.”

“Fine service. I live in Spain where the post code system only identifies the nearest town. As a result if you live outside a town courier deliveries are not reliable I was delighted to learn that you use Royal Mail, as the the Postal service here works well.”
