“VERY POOR SERVICE. TWO PAIRS OF H7 WHITE VISION BULBS ORDERED, AND PAID FOR, BUT ONLY ONE PAIR DELIVERED. AFTER TELEPHONE CALL REPORTING MISSING ITEMS, WAS PROMISED THEY WOULD BE DELIVERED BY FIRST CLASS POST EITHER NEXT DAY, FRIDAY, OR AT VERY LATEST ON MONDAY. IT IS NOW THE FOLLOWING SATURDAY AND THE ITEMS HAVE STILL NOT ARRIVED.”

Hi Franklin I'm very sorry you have not received your second pair of bulbs. Unfortunately the courier companies and the Royal Mail have been struggling this year to keep up with the Christmas volumes. Please do contact our customer service team and we will be happy to get this resolved asap. We fully understand your frustration and agree the service given is not acceptable. “The product never arrived, I called customer service, after a long wait the operator was polite and efficient, and arranged redelivery. This did not arrive either, and the address is manned 24 hours a day. I would not recommend this company to anybody. Of course things go wrong and it is the measure of the company how they correct things. I would avoid Autobulbs direct and not order from them. Do not use.”

“I was impressed by the technical knowledge of the telephone receptionist, who gave me good advice about LED bulbs (for the reversing light on my 1996 Saab 9000) and advised me to buy a conventional bulb. She may not have sold a more expensive product, but you have gained another customer for future purchases. Rapid delivery.”

“I really can't fault this company. Having struggled to find LED bulbs that my car will accept I have had to return some orders for exchange or refund and they have been truly excellent in the way they have handled the situation. Highly recommended.”

“Unable to review product as they had to be returned due to the website advising wrong variant for my car.This was also repeated by my local Halfords.I have returned the bulbs and presently await the correct ones .I will then be happy to write a review”
