“I have ordered 2 different products in the last month and both have taken forever to be delivered. The first took 2 weeks and the envelope looked like someone had walked on it with muddy boots, the 2nd never arrived as the courier had lost it. A replacement was promptly sent. The products and prices are excellent but as the delivery is so bad at present I will not be using them again until this is sorted.”

Hi Paul I'm very sorry for the issues you have experienced. We actually used a total of 3 different courier companies throughout December to try and find the most reliable but it seemed this year they all struggled to keep up with the Christmas volumes. We very much apologise for this as it is not a level of service we expect from our couriers and this is something we are already working on improving. Kind regards Autobulbs Direct Team

“Excellent service. When bulbs I returned as not being suitable failed to arrive due to the Christmas post, I was sent the correct bulbs extremely quickly at no additional cost. Will certainly use them again.”
