“I have never received my order , I ordered a H4 conversion on 09/12/14 it has never been delivered & the couriers have not even been to my address. I have asked for a refund & been treated like a thief. I am very annoyed with the company & will be taking the matter to Trading Standards.”

Hi Kent I'm sorry you have not had a good experience with your order. We are taking this matter further internally to ensure it doesn't happen again. In this instance we were let down by the courier company, but in any case your complaint should have been handled much more effectively to either get the item to you or issue a refund as desired.
