“I used the website to find the appropriate bulbs for my car, however I was given the wrong information. As advised I ordered H3 bulbs,however when they arrived and I went to fit them, I found that my car required H7s. After getting in touch with customer services, an exchange was organised hassle free. Had the website provided the correct information, this review would have been for "very good". The quality of customer evicted provided is what keeps this review above "normal".”

“Your customer service, help line, and speed of delivering goods is excellent, however I have an order for some led side lights and these have been out of stock since 15th December and are still out of stock today the 12th January. There is nothing on your website to indicate they are out of stock. I am surprised you can be out of stock for such a long period.”
