“I ordered 3 items that were specified for my vehicle after entering my number plate details. 2 out the 3 items were incorrect which I relayed back to the company via their website online chat facility. The responder took my details and dealt with my issues in an efficient manner and told me that relacement parts would be dispatched immediately. This was 9 days ago and I still have not received anything but I;m still hoping that my parts may arrive soon. I don't think it is particularly good service though.”
