“The website provides a search function to identify products suitable to a particular car. I used this and purchased a pair of wipers and bulbs. The wipers arrived and did not fit my vehicle whilst they were also missing clips. I used the online form to advise autobulbs. After waiting two days without a response I emailed and then got a response. I will be returning the item so will see how that goes.”

“Great company. Fast delivery of the bulbs I ordered and when I opened the package there were an extra pair of free bulbs included! This was very surprising as the promotion was not highlighted on their website. Free stuff is always good to receive.”

“Excellent customer service, I purchased the wrong size bulbs for my car .However I made a phone call and spoke to a lovely young lady who reordered the product I wanted without any quibbles even though I had opened the packaged.My delivery upon return was very speedy ,I will most definitely use and recommend this company again ,absolutely hasle free polite ,no trouble service , can't praise the customer service enough for their efficiency Thankyou”

“I ordered my H4 Bixenon HIDS4U Pro Plus 35W HID Converstion Kit on line which was simple enough I was then given a delivery date and the item arrived on the date given. I rang Autobulbs Direct with a query and was given a satisfactory answer straight away, I would recommend Autobulbs to anyone thinking of upgrading their lighting on their car/bike.”
