“These guys as always are awesome, never had any problems with them, other than a slight mix up in the order (human error), where they were very prompt to correct, online service is awesome and they have a great online chat facility. Prices are very reasonable and quality of packaging is always super. Product descriptions are pretty bang on. Highly recommended (and I always tell people to try ABD first!).”

“After consulting with a lady on the phone and being reassured that your bulbs would work perfectly in my car. so I take my car to the garage to get my bulbs fitted and amazingly there we go two warning lights on my dash so I call you back and get some one who does not seem to sure so they go to ask for help and I am now told that this is very common on audi and I need another part. My question is this why would you not give all the information to me on my first call as I now have to pay again to either fit your modified part or put it back to a standard part. you have given me no information regarding weather the bulb or modifications will render my bulb warning system useless. I don't fell that you have done a good job looking after this customer I now have to wait for these parts another trip to the garage another bill from the garage this could have been sorted first time round”

“I ordered the wrong fitting in error, spoke to ABD on their online chat facility, the returns was arranged quickly and efficiently and a replacement bulb sent quickly. Excellent customer service”

“Good service - cost effective and speedy delivery. However, all the light bulbs supplied do effect my car's computer and indicate that bulbs are not working, which is contrary to the text quoted with each bulb purchased.”

“I've used autobuld.co.uk several times. Always good description and items on website, good prices and swift delivery. The latest purchase wasn't as 'white' as I expected but delivered swiftly. Cheaper product so maybe I should have selected premium product as I had in past ;)”

“been waiting over three weeks for the correct bulbs for my car although the web site said they were correct been promised several times for delivery very sad cannot believe the service can be this bad”
