“As a new customer I have been extremely pleased with both the products and service. I had one small issue with the packaging of an item, but the product seemed fine, other than that it has been excellent and I have now bought quite a large selection of bulbs and an electronic flasher unit. I have also recomended ABD to numerous people who own classic cars and who are considring upgrading to LEDs.”

“I ordered bulbs H15 to change my headlight bulbs as directed by my New Ford Manual. On receiving them I discovered the manual was wrong. I phoned you to explain what had happened and was told to return the bulbs and you would send me the ones I needed. Three days later the correct ones H1 arrived. Thank you so much for your quick service. We have used Autobulbs Direct in the past and can assure you we will be using you again. Kind regards Mavis Sapsford”

“I was very impressed at the speed of order confirmation and subsequent delivery and packaging was very good. I thought your communication was excelled. The website is good, although there is a lot of information on the screen, so it took me a while to locate exactly what I wanted but once I found it the order process was quick.”

“Customer service is second to none!! I purchased some daylight main beam bulbs in February 2015 by the car registration shortcut on the Autobulbs Direct website but only got around to fitting them last weekend - they were the wrong ones! As I had bought them so long ago I thought that I would not be able to change them and would have to buy the correct ones. An e-mail later and customer service apologised for the error and sent out the replacements the same day at no extra cost even though the correct bulbs were more expensive, and I also got a Freepost returns label to send the wrong ones back - EXCELLENT service, thank you!!”

“Ordered a LED stop/tail bulb replacement. The wrong unit was sent. Emailed and the correct one was on my doorstep the next day, along with a free post label to return the wrong one. Excellent customer service”

“This is probably one of the easiest sites around to use. Put in your car reg and it will give you the components that will be correct for your car. Everything is clear and easy to understand. There is even a cool image of a car where the lights illuminate depending on which product you select. I presume it's for people who can't tell the difference between a headlight and an interior light. All this plus the prices are competitive and delivery was very quick.”

“Autobulbsdirect is definately the place to go for all your car bulbs styling, changing and questions. They was very quick to answer any questions that wasn't on there website already, and very quick to email you back regarding your emails. The bulbs came very well packed and i would hiley recommend this company to anyone that is wanting to change, stock up or add a littling styling to there vehicle :)”
