“My recent bulb order arrived very promptly unfortunately one of the bulbs was found to be defective one swift phone call later very helpful office staff replacement bulb was sent to me very quickly all bulbs fitted they look and work great on car very pleased with the service and bulbs many thanks guys and keep up the good work a very happy customer.”

“When I chatted with Kim online I asked her if the H7 OSRAM Night Breaker Unlimited +110% 12V 55W 477 Halogen Bulbs (Pair) could be used for my main beam. She recommended 64210SV2-HCB H7 OSRAM Silverstar 2.0 12V 55W 477 Halogen Bulbs (Pair). Before my mechanic fitted them he asked me why I was giving him two different bulbs. I told him I had been reassured by Kim that they were the correct bulbs. On returning from picking up my 2005 facelift MG ZS I went on line to an MG forum I am a member of. They informed me I should have ordered 2 pairs of Night Breakers and in fact the Silverstars were nowhere as good as them. I called and spoke with Kim about this. She denied giving me this advice, so I asked her why would I have ordered Silverstars when i came online to order Night Breakers, and did not know they existed in the first place. She had no answer to that. She did say I could send the Silverstars back and that you would then send me a pair of Nightbreakers at no extra charge. At first that seemed reasonable. On reflection, however I do not think it is. I have paid my mechanic to fit the new bulbs .. and now I have to get him to take out the Silverstars, put back ny original bulbs,send the Silverstars to you and then when I get the correct bulbs I have to have him start all over again. Doing it your way I will mean I have to pay him another two times. I propose that you send me the Night Breakers, then once they have been fitted I will send back the Silverstars to you in the box they came in. I feel this a reasonable way to solve the situation I now find myself in due to having been given the wrong advice by one of your employees. I would hope that you will do the right thing by me so maintaining your good customer service. “4 out of 5 window wipers ordered were the wrong size and fitting despite entering my number plate on the website to ensure the correct products were ordered. I have emailed customer services and I have yet to receive a response. The email was sent a number of days ago, 5/6 days. I am very disappointed and will not likely use the website for any future purchases. I have purchased bulbs before but wipers i will avoid ordering in future. The service has been very disappointing.”
