“What a pleasure to deal with...ordered 3 products of which 2 were excellent. Think there may have been a fault with the other but it was sorted extremely quickly and even an upgrade was offered!! Brilliant!!”

“Ordered a pair of rear bulbs for a Subaru however only 1 arrived. However contacted the company and the second was shipped out immediately and arrived the following day. Customer services were very helpful so still very happy to use the company. Bulbs work and look great. Thank you.”

“Without realising it I had a problem with my address. The company phoned twice and left messages about this issue and the problem was resolved. It was nice that there are people at the other end who care. Very good service.”

“Lamps arrived in reasonable time but when I opened the packaging I found one of the lamps was damaged (paint around tip of bulb was badly scratched away) and did not work. However after I contacted you it was replaced promptly. My only complaint would be that such an obviously damaged bulb should not have been sent out. This apart, very good, quick, no nonsense service. Keep doing what your doing.”

“Entered my reg no to order the correct bulbs but one of the selections offered was wrong. Should have been 581 osp and not 382. Slow turnaround for returns. Shant use again as it took almost a week. Not impressed”
