“Web details were more than adequate and only because I am 80 years old did I telephone perhaps more for reassurance. However Rebecca was more than helpful. Indeed she was both patient and understanding and her reassurance was most comforting. Bulbs received within 24 hours and now fitted! Kind Regards Frank.”

“I ordered the bulbs i needed because the site was showing pictures of the items which helped me select the right one for my need. (french company site did NOT show picture so I would not buy from them). Then I thought about windscreen wipers and bougth the blades and that was it. Good experience, fast shipping, prices were correct, so all was good :D”
