“Left a negative comment about H7 Philips White Vision 12V 55W 477 Halogen Bulbs (Pair) and I received a call from ABD. They have accepted these bulbs back for full credit even though I had destroyed the packaging and had used them for about an hour. They still gave me a full credit - What service. These people are absolutely the best at customer service Many thanks to you all and especially Beccy Will definitely recommend to everyone Jim Copeland”

“My 5 star rating is based on the companys' website and its' ease of use and my purchase, which arrived promptly and was well packed. As the purchase was of spare bulbs to keep me legal whilst abroad I cannot say whether or not they work. A subsequent email from Autobulbs invited me to view and possibly order other products from their range. Of those items I looked at - mainly reversing aids - I estimate that 80% were shown as being out of stock.”

“I left a negative comment about an item then I received a call from ABD. I had used the bulbs and destroyed the packaging and was not expecting a refund. I only left the comment to make future customers aware of my thoughts. ABD have accepted the bulbs back for full refund. This goes way past customer service. I wish that more suppliers were half as good. Will continue to recommend to my friends and they are assured of all my business Thank you ABD Jim Copeland”
