WARNING WARNING WARNING. sorry i cant write warning in red or i would of. ordered 8th july so what 24 days on and guess what NO PARTS. still not here garage charging me now daily for the car been on there hoist to long. contacted by autodoc gmbh who are not heard of by comapanies house check your self. autodoc gmbh and autodoc same companie autodoc berlin whatever the same. eitherway if i do get my parts and there great ill write an honest reveiw if they are not they will feel the wrath of losing buissness . as i told them i have a assive following on the social spectrum so bad service would do them no good and they still fobbed me off. in fact i tried this live chatt your parts will be sent today so i went back on and another live chatt agent said 1-2 days so 2 minutes later went on and a agent said we having trouble with the driver he is ill. i replied thats me dun then because hes distancing due to covid what makes you say that she said i replied ive waited for this driver to return to work 13 days now. nightmare i oredered from audi which audi lichsberg say they 400 yards away from autodoc and i got parts in 3 days , work that one out. to be fair i could of crawled on my hands and knees over to berlin autodoc and back and dragged my parts behind me and i would have them by now. all i would say is if you going to buy , buy through paypal or credit card and if you have no parts by 12 or 13 days contact your paypal or credit card company and they will put a question mark on the sale meaning you will get your money back if your order is wrong damaged or not write under the as describe ruling. thats what i did so i know. it takes 90 days to get your cash back if it is wrong as described by the seller but still you win and no faff on.

I have seen good & poor reviews about Autodoc here is my honest take on my experiences. My last order too exactly 3 weeks from Order to delivery. Their prices sometimes are the cheapest but other times are just as or more expensive than genuine main dealer parts. Don’t be fooled by 30% discounts as opposed to 21% discounts because I have purchased the same items cheaper at the lower discounts than when they are discounted at a higher rates! I think AUTODOC do deserve credit for their packing as items are very well packed in recycled material & their boxes are very strong which is good since it takes 3 weeks to travel from Germany to Ireland! And we don’t get free delivery like the UK for example my total order was €338 and it cost €30 delivery and also we don’t get the option to purchase safe order unless Irish customers ship via a UK forwarding address.I feel this is very discriminatory so you might ask why do business with them. On the plus side they do have good brands mostly priced well and they are perfect for a car that is off the road but if you are in a hurry to get your main car back on the road then factor in some weeks car hire or walking! because you will not get a speedy delivery and don’t bother checking the tracking because it doesn’t always show real time data and unless it doesn’t move for 7 working days Autodoc won’t help .....When you order a part you need to know the exact main dealer original part No and you need to have TecDoc to double check that parts are compatible. Autodoc themselves use TecDoc to check compatibility as does your local motor factor. A part might physically fit but have different characteristics so buyer beware! Safe order if you are lucky to be allowed to purchase it will allow you to send back the faulty part postage paid but the part has to be in the original box & not fitted good luck with this because if you fit the part it can’t be sent back because to be fair who wants your faulty part resent out to them! but if you do have a part that is genuinely faulty it isn’t easy to prove this from a distance and also be believed a few thousand Kms away! My experience was I only had one part which didn’t exactly do what the original part did it only cost €14 and that was the only issue on a order of over €1500 that year I was initially refused a credit as I did not have safe order and the return postage was the price of the item but to be fair after a manager intervened common sense prevailed & I got the credit so I continued to do business. So to sum up Autodoc do need to speed up deliveries I’m not sure if the EU distance Selling 14day cooling down period that adds to the delay in sending out the goods but 3 weeks and expensive delivery charges aren’t realistic going to appeal to many customers especially when other online companies offer free delivery over €49 and I ordered from them on the 16/07 and it was at my door on the 21/07 with free delivery and finally very little would make Autodoc a great online business but you need to provide safe order to all or non of your customers and try other delivery options to get parts to your customers other wise the inevitable will happen. So to anyone in a hurry for a part please don’t purchase from Autodoc but if you need to get some branded parts at mostly cheaper prices for a project car or to stock up on consumables where delivery times aren’t crucial then Autodoc are up there with the best of them. I hope this helps you decide before you order if you can wait or not but at least you now know! One final word when you place your order make sure you add the message that you do not want parts to be substituted with other brands before prior approval they did have a habit of doing this initially but now they normally email but if you keep a check on your order you will see if a item was substituted and remember a offer to replace your original branded item with a higher value own brand at no cost to you is a real red flag to say No..., Happy shopping & safe motoring.

Ordered some top mounts for my van got delivered Tuesday after an 8 business day wait but apart from that I've fitted the parts and they are great.

STAY WELL CLEAR 9 days and still no parts, they are a joke. Will never use again and told friends and family to leave well alone. Stick to using euro car parts at least your parts will turn up in 48 hours not like these jokers.

Ordered parts back in Feb 2020 sorted by vehicle reg number, parts arrived and didn't fit so I returned them, system was updated to say refund was approved, 6 months later and I'm told that return has been rejected and that the parts can either be returned to me or disposed of with no refund. Customer service is poor, communication is poor. AVOID AT ALL COSTS,

AWFUL company, they sent me the wrong part and then refused it was their mistake, which meant of course sending the parts back to Germany. out of my pocket. Unhelpful emails with general comments about general things, not at all customized to my experience,. They should NOT be trading from Germany unless they had addresses to the countries they are getting money from. DO NOT trade with them, you ll get stunk. Tried to put photos here but system wont let me

If you want your parts quickly do not order from AUTODOC, their prices are excellent hence why they got a two star rating from me. The delivery times and communication are terrible. They list parts as “in stock” but then don’t dispatch them for a week. If something is in stock then you would expect a same day or next day dispatch? The app is good, the prices are great, the variation and number of available parts is excellent. They just need to sort out their logistics and customer service.

Now the parts they sent in error 3 weeks ago are back at there warehouse they now say they will take 2 weeks to inspect the parts?? ( parts iv never even seen let alone touched) then another week to do the refund. This company is going bust by the looks of it and they deserve it. Update. Had to go through payapl to get a refund as they never made any effort whatsoever to repay what they owed. Without payapl I never would have got my money back from there total incompetence and attempt at theft. They never offered any apology for there mistake or a reason just the same old copy and paste delay tactic responses. They broke the law by not refunding within 14 days of cancellation and didn't care one bit claiming they are immune from the law. The worst company I have ever had any dealings with ever. There thief's and scammers to the core 100%

WARNING WARNING WARNING. do not buy you like me will wait and wait and wait 16 days on. no parts and just getting told wait another 2 another 2 another 2. call centre and live chat is,nt even in germany so they no nothing. they look and tell you what you already know. just use another company dont be tempted by the price you wont recieve.

I ordered a relay and from start to finish it was easy and great communication. The relay arrived in a couple days kept intouch through out I’ve fitted it and great well happy and would definitely recommend and I for one would buy again !! A1

Ordered parts and they have not been delivered. Called the customer service zo find out where my items are and they just send a screnshot in which depot the item is. After a real struggle I arranged a redelivering and the same again the delivery company says they have tried to deliver but I declined the delivery. So they didn't ring my doorbell nor left a card or notice in my letterbox in both occasion. Now I got a call from Autodoc and the lady wanted to talk about my order. I told her to cancel the order and to send my refund immediately lates until Monday. She wanted to start telling me excuses but I told her to send the refund until Monday and if my money is not back in my account then I will take legal action. The whole experience is very poor! Would not recommend Autodoc and will never ever order something with them!

my parts have been sat in their warehouse over 10 days and those idiots cant tell me when is going to be shipped. customer service ZERO!!! pay more at your local shop and avoid headaches

Terrible after sales service's. Paid for the clutch kit weeks in advance and still waiting over 3 weeks and counting. Quick enough to take your cash though. Live chat a complete farce. Autodoc you have just lost a good reliable customer through the lack of basic assistance and courtesy!

Canceled order 5 mins after ordering as found in there email they only dispatch 4/5 days after payment. No good as thats 1.5 weeks with no vehicle instead of the 1 days it actually took getting parts from decent company. Days later I get email saying they have posted them. I rang and emailed to stop and contact there courier in Germany so they don't arrive they refused as couldn't be bothered and refuse to issue my refund. Parts have been rejected upon attempted delivery and returned to them ages ago and still no refund. Total incompetent lazy worthless ect now having to go to court to get money back on parts iv never even seen and that should never have even been sent in the first place.

Ok, I ordered fog lights for my ford Mondeo. I fully understood from the ordering process that although a co.uk website the parts would be coming from Germany. The price for the parts were competitive and what really took my attention was that the website is really easy compared to others to work through and I could order the fog lights very easily. The parts took 8-9 days to come but that worked fine for me and were delivered very well packaged so not to be damaged. The parts are very good quality. I looked on here only after I had ordered and paid for the fog lights and became very concerned with what I would receive. But CREDIT where CREDIT is due I must say I am very impressed with my service I received. Well done AUTODOC.

Dreadful, rubbish. Do not buy from this company. I communicated with the chat line as, for two days, my order status on the app said ‘waiting for courier to collect‘. I was told it was currently being picked and packed. Also was told the delay was due to the items being out of stock when clearly the website said they were in stock when I ordered them. ‘Maybe they’ll be dispatched tomorrow’ I was told. Of course they haven’t been yet. To cap it all the person I was communicating with told me they were being called into a meeting so would have to leave the chat. Whilst writing my reply I received another message asking if I wanted to buy any other parts! The chat was immediately ended by the autodoc employee. My money’s been in their bank now for over a week.

Absolutely awful. I’ve been restoring and collecting cars for 30 years and I know how difficult getting the right parts can be. They advertised parts as being specifically suited to my vehicle. Guess what - they don’t fit and they won’t refund me. Spark plugs were out of stock and weren’t despatched, but guess what? Yep, I’ve been charged and now they won’t refund!!! I know it’s easy to rant at firms on the internet but this firm will be on a consumer TV show soon. I really, really, really would take the advice of everyone else and AVOID them. It won’t work out and you won’t get your money back. They are truly disgraceful. I’m having to go through Barclaycard to get my refund. Hey ho..... We live and learn
