“Didn't fit I had to return them to the shop at my own expense even though I had to pay for postage to get them.Don't like the fact that I can't get my money back even though they don't the goods that I need.I have to buy something else from you even though there is nothing else I need other than the product I ordered but don't fit my car and you can't get them.Its turning into a very expensive problem for a pensioner.”

“Received incorrect/substandard product. Took over three months to get refund (finally after I lodged a paypal dispute). Still owed money for return postage & my messages ignored. Will be going back to REPCO.”

“Overall I am quite happy with AutomotiveSuperstore, they have good customer service. There was a problem with 2 discount vouchers which didn't work but were then reissued with new ones upon contacting them. One item for improvement is regarding quantities when proceeding to checkout. The system wouldn't allow me to check out because one item had a higher cart quantity than items available, however it didn't tell me which item it was and you have to try reducing cart quantities of items randomly until it lets you check out. Happy customer.”
