“I am really upset for this order, the item came diffent as the invoice, i was oeder ALPINE ILX-F511AI it is same exactly as the invoice, and someone has sign the pick list and deliver the item is ALPINE ILXF511A, whattttt? I was email n call the guy after i receive the parcel less 20min, n who answer the phone said will give me back a call ASAP, so far i didn't get anything back. i still need to chasing this thing for whole week. I Spend extra money for express n got wrong item, for me is really no professional and careless to the customer too.”
