“I recently purchased Sony XAV-AX5000 headunit, Thinkware F200 Pro and G55CL Reverse Camera and got it installed in my 2010 Mazda 6. The pricing was reasonable and am very happy with my overall experience dealing with the staffs-Kevin and Sergei. Sergei was technician who installed the items and did a very good job and the job was done in 2.5-3 hrs. I would have rated 5, if only the phone accept/reject steering buttons were working (some program issue!), which am disappointed. However, appreciate Sergei for calling me and explaining the issue in detail. I can make do with Siri for making calls and the touchscreen on the headunit to accept / reject the call. Everything else is working well. Thank you guys for the wonderful experience!”

“Not a very satisfying experience. I needed spark plugs quickly. Spoke to Albert the chat bot before purchasing who advised me they could be delivered to me in 4 days with express postage. Placed order, left request for express postage in comments of order form. 2 days later I call to follow up only to be told they don't offer express postage?? 48 hours later and my order hasn't left. Was miss-informed from the start, received no contact re express postage and just have a bad taste in my mouth now.”

“Website is simple and easy to use found what I was after straight away even with postage way cheaper than elsewhere. Fast delivery too. Can't ask for more. No need to go looking in stores around me anymore just go straight here and get it delivered.”

“I have had to communicate numerous times with your staff to sort out my head unit installation. I believe the head unit configuration for my particular vehicle required some tweaking in the parts list to suit. I am still awaiting on one final patch cable to arrive. The team at AS have been very responsive and helpful. I needed to do some research to determine I required an additional patch lead for the Alpine reverse camera which I believe is non standard and not in the list of the headunit package. Take note of this for the Alpine ILX 702D. I will post a follow up review once I have the unit installed if that is ok.”
