The item was listed in stock but could not be supplied. No alternative could be provided. The only option was a refund which is better than nothing.

We ordered a new battery for our BMW & the whole process was so easy to use. From the start we couldn’t be happier the order arrived in a very short time for an interstate item it was rather quick. Will use again and recommend to use anytime you need car parts

Was a very excellent shopping experience. Needed a list and price of all the gear I needed to install a new headset into my car. The guys got back to me with the list and at a great price. 10/10.

My order of Autoglym has not been delivered. Instead a Rhino rack for a lady in NSW was delivered to me here in Perth. I am still waiting for resolution.

This product was supposed to be a match for my daughter's vehicle after a rego search on your site. A 5 seater Nissan 2014 X Trail...a 7 seater X Trail was not mentioned and I don't think they even made them in 2014? However I got the wrong pads and the rubbish I had to go through to have them replaced meant she had to borrow cars for over a month. I gave up & bought pads from Supercheap. Your replacements arrived over a month after the original order AND PAYMENT! Now I'm out of pocket and have a set of pads she doesnt any longer require. Very poor performance AS.

My negative review is for the seller, not the product. It’s impossible to rate something you’ve not received. I made a point of contacting Automotive Superstore prior to ordering. I asked them specifically if the items were physically in stock in their own store, not “in stock” in a supplier’s warehouse, as I needed the parts quickly. I was told they had these and they would dispatch in 3-5 days. One month later, following lies and errors, still no shipping notification. When I first contacted them, I was told their warehouse was busy, running a day or two behind, so my order would he dispatched in next couple of days. After another delay, I got the same story, then finally got the truth that they never had the parts. So, they lied when I ordered, or I could be generous and presume they made an error. It’s hard to believe it was an error, when they compounded the lie by telling me twice they had shipping delays in their own warehouse, before I got the truth. After this, I was told the stock was due shortly, only to find out (well after they were supposedly receiving the stock) that they have sent my parts to another customer, who ordered after myself! Either they’ve added incompetence to mistruth, or this is a very poor attempt at trying to soften the fact they still haven’t ordered my parts. Each time they’ve told me the order will soon be filled, I resisted cancelling the order and trying to find another seller, as I assumed they couldn’t continue with this behaviour. It appears my assumption was wildly incorrect.

The shopping on line is quick and easy. I'm disappointed that I've been charged a delivery fee, though, as AS advertises free delivery if the purchase is over $99.00. Also, changing my password proved impossible. An email with a link to change my password just didn't arrive, so I had to shop as a guest. I'm disappointed.

Automotive superstore were unable to get these to me, after waiting 2 weeks after paying they were still not sent. Refunded after multiple complaints. Will never use again.
