“Ordered a tail light. Was sent the wrong product. When I reached out to automotive to inform the the wrong product was sent, I was told to order the correct one (which is out of stock) and I would infer a 20% fee on top of shipment to return the WRONG item sent, if I pursue a refund. Won’t be ordering from this store again.”

“Took three weeks to get them. No emails sorry we’re running late only until I notified support that something was done. When they finally arrived I opened the box to find no sealed boxes with one completely opened with cabling stuffed back into box very unprofessional I want be buying anything else from Automotive Superstore.”

“Quality of the rhino gear is great, unfortunately the process to get the items was peppered with issues. Website states 1-3 days for dispatched was almost a week and I had to contact A.S to find out what the go was. Then once dispatched only half the order arrived even though it had the same consignment number. Once again had to contact, was told they would get back to me that day as it should have arrived together. Contacted them again the following day after no return call. Item arrived 2 days after first item was delivered. As a first time customer this whole process has left a sour taste in my mouth. Over promised and under delivered.”
