“Atrocious service - ordered a part on Nov 21st 2024 and part never turned up - somehow this became my fault . I ordered the same part from an alternative supplier and it arrived overnight without fuss. I have been requesting a refund for the last month and still nothing - full of excuses and they are unable to refund until they receive the part back to them from THEIR courier who seemed to be either a month behind or don’t know how to admit they lost it . Why am I being held to ransom for a courier and service not completed? Maybe pay back who you owe , then maybe you will be more motivated to get your goods back. Not nearly good enough in this environment - get better.”
