“First time use called and staff were very helpful , online was a bit nervous but with more use should be fine as long as the parts I recieve are the right ones (which I think they will be ) will definetly use again soon keep up the good work . Thanks”

“Lot of good reviews on here. Sadly this is not one of them. The items I needed were reasonably priced & in stock. Or so I thought. Nothing after a week & after inquiring was told a supply problem. Shipped next day surprisingly. Got an email from the Post Office nearly a week later telling me my parcel was ready for pickup. Don't deliver anymore I asked ?.I was told the reason was the address was imcomplete . just my name , Street Number & post code. Amazing the PO managed to find me. Coming back ? Maybe not.”

“From ordering stock online, it was slow to be shipped out, over a week for shipping and a little over a week and a half to recieve my items and I live about 1 hours drive from the store. I put in a 2nd order for pickup to see if would be quicker, and still a week has passed with no notification I can pick up my items. Slow dispatch, more likely to shop elsewhere next time.”

“I ordered my parts (2 small Raceworks fittings) 2 weeks ago and they have still not arrived. I was charged $15 postage and handling on $15 parts. I have had parts delivered from America within 8 days. I understand shipping is beyond your control but I ordered the same parts from another supplier and had them within 3 days, and they were cheaper. I frequently order large and bulky parts for my company out of Sydney and often get them within 48hrs. This will be my first and last order with your company.”
