“I PURCHASED A SET OF BENDIX BRAKE PADS. THEY ARRIVED QUICK SMART BUT THE BOX THEY CAME IN WAS AN UGLY MESS, HELD TOGETHER WITH SELLOTAPE, I FELT INSULTED LOOKED LIKE RATS WERE CHEWING ON IT”

“I found the site easy to use, just enter car rego and state then off you go. The parts I looked at were marked "car/vehicle specific ". Then prior to the check out I was asked to contact the store to ensure they were the correct parts. Two very quick e-mails later I checked out.”

“Pretty good - I’d like to see more definitive descriptions of parts including photos of specific parts, rather than generic photos. The system relies on the vehicle identification to match parts and I’ve found this a bit of a trap.”
