“We are a automotive repair workshop in Batemans Bay. When we ordered bonnet stuts Automotive Superstore was showing stock. Parts were ordered on 20/01/2025 delivered 7/02/2025 Vehicle was returned to customer on 29/01/2025. Should not take over two weeks for delivery. We will be returning parts and expect a full refund”

“Prices were good and everything was delivered. Compared to other suppliers, AS delivery is much slower. That is my only real feedback. If you could improve delivery times that would be great. Mine was 6 days.”

“Website was easy to place an order but unfortunately the incorrect product was sent. took 7 days to deliver the wrong product. Now have to send wrong product back to get correct product sent. have had to send video eveidence of item been colected so hopefully they will send correct items before they recieve the incorrect product back. if not it will be waiting for the item to return and process minimum 7 days then resend correct itme addition 7 days. Minumum 21 days to get my items which is simply not good enough. Return staff have been very helpful but oviously following company processes that dont really support the customer when they are the ones that have made the error. Hopefully somebody will send correct products out express and not wait for the return item given they can see the tracking of the return.”

“Besides using Registration checking tool and confirming with photo, wrong pads were sent they did not fit completely different nothing like the photo displayed. What I’m not happy about is being charged 25% in restocking and admin fees which I am going to take further after returning items poor service will not use again.”
