“Online store would not let me order multiple of same item. So I rang . Got guy named Harry . All sorted . Excellent phone manners. Knew his job . Hope all phone staff are as good as him .”

“Hi, new user. It was a bit of a faff trying to set up an account in order to claim the 10% first order discount while being half way through checkout, but we got there! So far, a great experience. Delivery not received yet, only ordered today.”

“I found your company was a great one stop shop for my parts with a good choice of brands to choose from. One suggestion would be to include a return to shopping button, as I did not find it intuitive to go directly back into the search bar”

“Really good service by counter staff when collecting items ordered online. Their website is so easy to navigate that they have become my “go to supplier” for vehicle parts and accessories. Pricing is always very competitive and they generally have the items ready for pickup in a reasonable time frame.”

“On-line purchase was nice and easy, no issue finding items I needed at a very good price. The only issue I had was delivery which took 10 days. Not a huge issue on this occasion however if parts were required sooner this would be a consideration.”
