“renewing my car insurance was easy and trouble free and autonet even reviewed the cheapest options for me so I didn't need to do a thing. as a busy mum to an 18 month old child that's a real bonus!!”

“This company is very helpful and all staff members appear friendly. I would definitely use them again. My only gripe is that I had to answer ALL of the questions about everything THREE times. Why aren't my original answers saved. I love as in the phone for nearly an hour. I know you have protocol to follow and I'm sure it's as tedious for you as it was for me.”

When a new policy is taken out, your answers do get saved. However, we do have a new business verification team, who check key pieces of information prior to the policy being purchased. “i was happy with the renewal untill...... i got my phone bill !!!!!!! if you are going to renew with them dont do it on a mobile ..... no wonder they took forever and didnt rush. it added the best part of £25:00 to the overall to the renewal cost .”

We have recently updated our telephone numbers for existing customers so that are now "03" numbers which cost the same as a basic rate call. “Thankfully havent had to deal with the much since taking out the policy however I thought it was a little sly to wait until all was done and sorted to advise hat any changes to policy carry £25 admin charge. Changing my car mid yr decreased premium but cost me admin fee?!?!”
