“Relatively easy, bit confusing with the email re cancellation as forms not signed and returned not clear it was the credit being cancelled and not the insurance.”

“Very cheap quote, I haven't found cheaper. The terms were standard, no surprises. The renewal couldn't be done online as my reference number wasn't recognised; I tried ringing but waited in the queue for a long time before eventually giving up and renewing by post, which sort of defeats the object of a company called 'autonet' surely?”

“Very quick and efficient service. Sometimes a little frustrating when you want to talk to someone by telephone after the initial telephone transaction. Generally organised polite and courteous staff.”

“I am happy with the insurance quote I got and with the end product van insurance. But it was frustrating to go through all the details online first and then twice more on the phone. Not to mention all the additional information required to be sent to them after I had signed up.”

“We have been an Autonet customer on and off for years Just wish we could get the same deal and stay with Autonet in stead of having to change companies every year to get the best deal We don't want to keep switching we would like to stay with Autonet as the people we talk too ie the staff are great”
