“Needed to find a wallpaper and John at their Hartcliffe store was so helpful - walking the store to find my wallpaper!! Thank you so much - he was so kind and willing to take the time to search for me. Great service 👍👍👍”

“Ordered 6 newel finials online. Got emails from B&Q and courier to confirm delivery was on its way. On day of scheduled delivery got a phone call from B&Q to say they hadn't got 6, only 4, and one of them was damaged! Cancelled order, now awaiting refund. Why do they accept an order and take your money when they haven't got the stock. Totally unacceptable in this day and age....”

“I regularly visit B+Q at Pontypridd and the staff are always very helpful and friendly, whichever dept I'm looking through. The garden centre is my favourite dept and the staff are knowledgeable (I'm not) and give advice freely. Whoever has been on the door checking customers in during covid has been welcoming and helpful,(I'm on crutches). Linda at the checkout is always lovely. Such a happy lady.”

“My little girl trapped her fingers in the rear car door the staff were brilliant helping me find cold water tap and gave us an ice pack so I could take her to hospital happily it was not broken. Thank you B & Q Milton Keynes”

“We attended an appointment for a kitchen design with Ryan. We were possibly the most unorganised couple but Ryan was really helpful and talked us through all the options without any pushy sales techniques. After spending nearly 2 hours on our design and paying for the kitchen, we realised that we had given him the wrong measurements! Ryan was calm and without any problems adjusted the design and refund. After nearly 3 hours we left with a kitchen we love and will be returning to him to design our bathroom. Thank you Ryan, you were extremely patient with a nightmare of a couple!!”

“Yesterday at late afternoon I went to b&q on Peniston Road ,Sheffield. The staff member (paints and diy section) was very helpful and served me quick and very polite way. I dont know his name but He helped me with a choosing right tools and pva. Thank you very much for your proffesional help :)”

“Ordered the Rockwell Barbecue online. Bargain in the sale. Delivered on time by top team. Extremely well packed. Barbecue was ok to make up following the clear instructions. The barbecue is a good quality, sturdy and nice looking. Would recommend.”

“We visited the Halifax store, met a wonderful helpful sales assistant called Steve. He was really helpful and went above and beyond his remit. Picked up and took 16 paving stones to our car, put them in the car and it was a pleasure to have met him. Fantastic service Steve, many thanks for your help and your customer support was brilliant.”

“Mansfield store. On Monday 10th August 7.15 am Returning items. A lovely lady called Tina was very supportive and caring as she could see I was a little upset.. .had to vist store several times that day and she checked on me each time. What a absolute gem . Hope her manager let's her know”
