“We attended an appointment for a kitchen design with Ryan. We were possibly the most unorganised couple but Ryan was really helpful and talked us through all the options without any pushy sales techniques. After spending nearly 2 hours on our design and paying for the kitchen, we realised that we had given him the wrong measurements! Ryan was calm and without any problems adjusted the design and refund. After nearly 3 hours we left with a kitchen we love and will be returning to him to design our bathroom. Thank you Ryan, you were extremely patient with a nightmare of a couple!!”

“Yesterday at late afternoon I went to b&q on Peniston Road ,Sheffield. The staff member (paints and diy section) was very helpful and served me quick and very polite way. I dont know his name but He helped me with a choosing right tools and pva. Thank you very much for your proffesional help :)”

I always use the Blackburn branch as the ladies in the kitchen and Bathroom department are so knowledgeable and helpful. Plus the quality of the products are second to none. “Ordered the Rockwell Barbecue online. Bargain in the sale. Delivered on time by top team. Extremely well packed. Barbecue was ok to make up following the clear instructions. The barbecue is a good quality, sturdy and nice looking. Would recommend.”

“We visited the Halifax store, met a wonderful helpful sales assistant called Steve. He was really helpful and went above and beyond his remit. Picked up and took 16 paving stones to our car, put them in the car and it was a pleasure to have met him. Fantastic service Steve, many thanks for your help and your customer support was brilliant.”

“Mansfield store. On Monday 10th August 7.15 am Returning items. A lovely lady called Tina was very supportive and caring as she could see I was a little upset.. .had to vist store several times that day and she checked on me each time. What a absolute gem . Hope her manager let's her know”

“I have just bought my first home to renovate. I went into b&q bolton store for a kitchen appointment And met with amanda finney. She was absolutely incredible. Designed me the perfect kitchen! I had so many questions about everything and she explained and helped me out every step of the way. I couldn’t of received better customer service, nothing was to much for her. She made the experience enjoyable and the price could not be beaten. 10/10 on price 10/10 on design 10/10 on customer service Amanda deserves credit for the work she is doing and is an asset to the team! THANKYOU!”

“I would like to say how wonderful and professional your staff at B&Q St.Helens were today 9/8/20 when faced with a very loud,disrespectful and aggressive customer who took it upon herself to go behind the desk she was extremely rude and obnoxious to staff.Both your customer service assistants,manager and security guard did a brilliant job in being both courteous and calm.I think they all deserve a pat on the back.”

“B&Q Crewe branch. Simon from the garden section was so helpful. He actually made my day with how much help he gave. From getting planters off the top shelves to helping at the till. He assisted me with lots of gardening items and helped put them in my van. Nothing was too much trouble and I will definitely come back. Thank you Simon 😊”

“I wish to compliment the staff at B&Q Leyton, London. I, and them, tried to sort out a problem with a bath/shower screen called Arkell produced by Cooke & Lewis via all the channels available - email/phone numbers - to be passed around from one department of B&Q and their delivery service, to come full circle. There is NO number for Cooke & Lewis. No part to replace the part that no longer worked on the bath shower screen...in short: don't buy the screen. A whole saga ensued to get this sorted, to get my money back!! However, customer services in the store are excellent. I wish to particularly nominate Saadet, who spent ages trying to sort this problem out for me. Thank you Saadet :)”
