“Ordered desk lamp for my daughter and picked it up the very next day. Good quality item and exactly as described on their website. Staff were very helpful too, assisting me in choosing the correct bulb for the lamp.”

“We used this laminate in our kitchen, the wider planks and realistic colouring helped to make the room look bigger we were very pleased with the effects. Quality was very impressive and I would highly recommend this laminate to anyone looking for a darker colouring but not wanting a uniform block colour. The lighter or golden shot throughs set it off in the sunlight and give it the realism that we loved.”

“We purchase a shower unit from there Swansea store and when we went to put it in parts were missing. I returned it to my local store who changed it for a brand new one. No quibbling and were very apologetic for any trouble caused.”

“I recently bought some Decking boards from the B&Q online store in Sutton. It was very easy to find the Decking boards I wanted and a very prompt delivery day given at time of purchase in 2 days time. Delivery was free and arrived at 9am on the chosen date. The Driver was very helpful and carried all the boards to our front lawn the access to is quite steep. Overall superb job and I recommend them to everyone!”

“I needed to decorate my daughter's bedroom and only had a short time to do it. B & Q came up trumps and provided everything I needed, including beautiful paint and blinds. The staff were helpful and gave someone who has never decorated before excellent advice.”
