“Harry in the kitchen department, Colchester. Yesterday we went to B&Q to buy a splash back for our cooker, we weren't sure what we really wanted and needed some advice. Harry was very helpful, polite and an absolute pleasure to be served by- a credit to the store. Thank you Harry”

“I have just had a new kitchen fitted. And to say I am thrilled with the workmanship is an understatement. Our fitter Tony has done an excellent job, he was brilliant from day one, he was so helpful and considerate from the survey right up to completion. I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. I hope that Scarborough b&q homefit realise what an asset Tony Kelly is to them.”

“Today i'm gonna do 5 stars becouse the services what they offer me it's been help me a lot. My name is Andrei i've been at B&Q from Queensbury London (HA71QL) to buy 2 wash mashines and one guy from there James it's been coming with me on parking with pomp-truck so made my job easier.. Thank You B&Q for a nice experience. Definetly i will come back”

“Went into store today with my husband at the bradford store and was very very happy with the customer service provided by the member of staff called Martin as he helped us get the correct product and helped us choose wots best for our needs ... I am very pleased that they are people like Martin that is so help ful and he also gave us a card were we can save money whilst we spend making us come back to the store and making it our first choice deffo thanks again matin and should be proud ???? Akram”

“Ordered a new toilet from b&q , was a bit worried when I read all the negative reviews posted regarding them . Booking a delivery slot was simple, I chose to phone and book , spoke to a polite and helpful lady and agreed Monday . Monday came and so did toilet ,I was kept informed by text and phoned on day of delivery . Delivery guy was also very polite . Would recommend ???????????????? deserved the 5 stars”

“b and q newry very nice and friendly staff I am very happy with newry store toilets need a bit of a clean as they are in a bad state smell leaking unrine and human poop on floor but the saff are very helpful I find tyler very friendly helpful great character and very nice man to talk to overall a nice store 100 percent”

“II found the kitchen and bathroom staff in the Guernsey Admirral Park B&Q to be exceptionally good .Spending endless time with me and my husband to get the kitchen and bathroom to fit in a given space. I would particularly like to commend Denice who worked tirelessly on the many changes and both members of staff for their patience and happy disposition through out and. Help and advise.”

“Needed advice regarding large order, phoned customer services was cut off half way through phone-call. Then phoned Stockton on tees B&Q absolute rude girl who didn't hide the fact that she couldn't be bothered. Finally phoned Hartlepool B&Q in last ditched attempt for help, got a lovely guy John from the garden department, really helpful and polite....restored my faith in customer service. Thankyou for your help John, I hope you are appreciated in Hartlepool B&Q.”

“Have been refurbishing a house over the last few months and have spent quite a lot of time sourcing products etc in B and Q. Without exception I have found the staff at Riverside in Nottingham both helpful and knowledgable, particularly Ray, Scott, Dan and Ady. Great customer service. Thank you.”

“Went into b & q ellesmereport branch today staff were really helpfull especially a young lad called Steve who helped us to the car with our goods and when we offered him some money he refused and graciously said it was his job and we were welcome. Just wanted to pass on a really positive review. This was the only place I could find to write this review.”
