“ Had to order Dulux paint online - don't seem to stock the colour any more in store. Waited over a week for it to be delivered and realised that it did not come from B&Q directly but from a 'private seller'??? Ordered set of paint brushes at the same time and have not received them. Had to phone to find out where they were and spoke to someone who didn't understand English. Couldn't make sense of what they were trying to say, only that all their ordered products come from a variety of private sellers and things are sent out separately! Won't be ordering anything else online form B&Q. Rubbish delivery ”
