At the time of writing, we are over a week from the delivery date, one our 6th call to complain and we are told that there is nothing they can do, won’t deliver our missing items and won’t issue the refund.

panel to be delivered , delivery was to be 2 days , on the day of delivery I received a text telling me the delivery had been cancelled for that day and would now be in a weeks time .

Order not put in van. No call for rescheduled delivery. Phoned customer care told if not delivered today it be Monday. Don’t believe it didn’t say was it suitable. Already a day off work and had to cancel tradesman booked. So far very disappointed
