B&Q has sold me an item that doesn't exist anymore and fooled me around for over 2 months giving me 3 different delivery dates, empty promises and apologies that do not cover the wasted time, effort chasing the delivery and stress for the whole family because of unfinished work that has been placed on hold due to B&Q's incompetence.
