“When I placed my order I accidentally ordered the wrong pump bags. I emailed customer service and they immediately sent it to the warehouse. I got my order today and everything was just as I asked for it to be. Great customer service!! It took 7 days to receive my order”

“I almost used a different company due to see its ad everywhere on YouTube mom videos and apps but so glad I came across baby pavilion - the customer service is wonderful! Replies quick and always easy to reach. They make sure you are taken care of and got my pump out so quick!”

“I would rate baby pavilion a five, for excellent. They were very friendly, helped me order what I needed online, and I received my products very fast I was overall impressed. All of my products were exactly what I needed-everything was in excellent condition. I don’t have any complaints. I will definitely recommend baby pavilion to any Tricare momma.”

“My order with Baby Pavilion was seamless and I’m glad my sister told me about it. Shipping only took a couple days and everything was in the box as expected, including a voucher for a freebie from the company that had bags. I do hope that the kiinde twist bag supply issue is resolved, as you only get 80/mo due to a supply issue. However, in meantime if you order the starter pack from the Kiinde.com website, you also get a voucher for 40 bags free, as of August 2021.”
