“Love using Baby Pavilion for my breast pump needs. I received their information from my Prenatal care Provider and the process was super easy! They give you information on all the breast pumps available and let you chose the one you find best fits what you’re looking for. The online form was easy to follow, I was able to do it in less than 5 minutes on my phone. I received my pump just a few days later after submitting my request. I also really appreciate the reminder to order my monthly milk storage bags, again easy just submit the form online and a wait a few days to be delivered.”

“Baby Pavilion has been absolutely great! Everything has been so easy. I submitted my order for my breast pump of choice and milk bags along with the prescription from my doctor and my insurance coverage information. Within a few days I was contact for a minor issue and the next day I got tracking information for my pump. Baby Pavilion sends reminder emails and informed me of insurance coverage on-going for milk bags and replacement parts. I’ve had to call a few times and every time they have been extremely helpful. I highly recommend using Baby Pavilion!”

“This is my second time using baby pavilion. Alot has changed since the first time. They have really skimmed down on what you can get with your insurance. I can somewhat understand skimming the bag count down but I am bummed about the replacement parts. Otherwise I have nothing but good reviews. Atleast from my past experience . I just started using them again so can't speak to how the site is still ran. I got my pump and supplies in a timely manner and everything is in good working condition. Customer reaches outs promptly for issues. So far I'd use again in the future.”
