“This is a fantastic product. The instructions were easy to follow but it does take a competent person to install it safely. Some parts took 2 people. We used a laser level in order to get the height and sag dimensions set.”

On backyardziplines.com we were able to find a kit that fits my family's need at HALF the prices of ziplinegear.com, which allowed us to order more parts like a brake system and toddler seat while staying under budget to allow us to purchase a tree hunter stand elsewhere for a launching platform.
Overall I am so happy just with the buying purchase that it feels like the holidays are already here before the products have shipped. I can't thank Rob enough for being an honest and enthusiastic representative during our call as it led me to making a much better purchase for my family overall.

“Poor customer support! I'm a previous customer and can attest to the quality of their products. I just ordered a new zip line for our new home. The order was processed...they sent me a message saying it had shipped, then another message saying my full purchase was refunded with no explanation. I e-mailed customer service to figure out what's going on and as of today still have no response. So...first it's good...then it's shipped...then it's refunded (sounds like cancelled) then silence. Feels like nobody is manning the lines. I really expected more.”

I did not receive the "Zippy Seat" that you represented on your website. The seat I received does not have an important safety feature, a raised back.
I have sent two emails to you indicating this, and requesting an immediate replacement, but have not received any response.
