“I was asked to write this review one day after I ordered the item. So, I have not received the item to leave a review yet, but they are insisting I do so. So, I give them three stars for asking for a product I have purchased and have not used to be able to give an accurate review.”

“Outstanding follow up and answering questions on the pre order side of things . Just wish I could have swapped out the big boy seat with the wooden round one , I told miles I was more willing to pay difference, but said wasn't allowed. Miles was great answering question as was rob and joy! Haven't received my kit yet”

“The kit provided all the hardware required. The instructions are easy to follow and understand I had my grandson do the mathematics for our set up, calculating slack, and vertical drop. the cable was just the right length. set up took a few hours and the grandkids were zipping along the rest of the day.”

“Easy to install. Good instructions with great hints. I used a comealong with a cable clamp. I already had this before. This kit is of very good quality. Impressive. The trolley is top. Exceeds my expectations. The spring break is super stable and big. Im very glad i bought this set instead of”

“What can one say about a company that only wants to bring the infectious laughter of children out. As a grandparent of 28+ screaming, laughing, enjoying youngsters riding on our "BACKYARD ZIPLINE" I truly appreciate the products that have made "Grandpas House" a favorite. May the sounds of children's laughter infect you as well.”

“The materials are great, they came will all the needed parts for a seamless install. Thanks for the great instructions as well, it eliminated a lot of trial and error for height drops and tensions.”

“Not only was the equipment first rate, but the email support by Rob Mortimore was exceptional. I am new to zip lining and had many, many questions. Every time I emailed them, Rob responded quickly, courteously, and accurately to my inquires. When Rob went out on vacation, Joy took over corresponding and was equally great. As a result, I have a fully functioning, safe 250 foot line, and am putting up a second 75 footer. This company gets my highest recommendations.”

“I was trying to make a zipline kit order and utilize any coupons available. I had difficulty getting it to apply so paid full price and made a short note on my order. In less than 24 hours I not only got a confirmation that my purchase had been processed, sent, and a "refund" discount applied, I also got a phone call to answer any other questions I might have. Thank you Backyard Ziplines for the discount and more especially for the personal response regarding kits, wire, return policies and more. That was above and beyond regular service and it is much appreciated. We feel strongly about “buying local” and are delighted that you are in Grants Pass, Oregon. We are looking forward to getting this first line up and enjoying the zipline experience. You can be assured that we will be a repeat customer when it comes time to expand our system or need additional parts/supplies.
